The website, www.Esuvidha-realty.com ("Site") is an electronic web-based platform acting in the capacity of a search engine or advertising agency only, for exchanging, exploring, and enhancing business online for real estate, housing, and property in India. It is owned and managed by Weblink .IN Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") with its registered office at 33 & 33A, Rama Road, Industrial Area, Near Kirti Nagar Metro Station, New Delhi, 110015 (India).

Any and all use of this website is subject to, and constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of, the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). It is mandatory for all Users of the Site to have read carefully, fully understood, and be in total agreement to the below-mentioned Terms before they proceed to use any of the services of the Site ("Services"). The Services are available only to those individuals, firms, or companies who can form legally binding contracts under Indian laws. Weblink.In Pvt. Ltd. may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the amended version on this site. Such amended version shall automatically be effective upon its posting on this site.

DEFINITION CLAUSE:-

User: For purposes of this Agreement, a "User" is any person who accesses the Site for whatever purpose, regardless of whether said User has registered with Esuvidha-realty.Com or whether said User is a paying User for a specific service provided by Esuvidha-realty.Com. A User includes the person using this Site and any legal entity represented by such person under actual or apparent authority.

Un-Authorized User: Any person who does not have a legal or contractual right to access the services, but does so, will fall within the definition of an 'unauthorized User' and will be subject to the terms and conditions, especially with respect to respecting intellectual property rights and abiding by licensing terms.

Free Services: Any person/entity that joins the portal www.Esuvidha-realty.com just with the intention to enlist his listing and showcasing his business online without availing any specialized services thereto.

Paid Services: Access to the Site and certain features are provided to all Users free of charge. However, the Site reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to certain areas or features of the Site ("Paid Services") to paying Users or Users who undergo a specific registration process.

The term RERDA shall mean and include the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 as amended and any rules or regulations that might be framed thereunder. By using the Site and its Services, the Users represent and warrant that:
(a) All registration information submitted is truthful and accurate;
(b) The User will maintain the accuracy of such information;
(c) The User is 18 years of age or older;
(d) The use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
(e) User’s profile may be deleted and Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that user is in breach of any of the above terms.

The Site has no expertise in the domain of intellectual property rights of anyone. It is beyond our scope to verify that the User of the Site has posted ONLY products and services on which they have complete authorization / ownership / dealership / selling rights. As an INTERMEDIARY, our role is limited and in case you have any concern related to copyright infringement, we shall act if the same is brought to our notice.

The Site shall not be liable for any such information or data which is not within its knowledge / acknowledgment / contraventions / copyright issues committed by its Users and which is beyond the control of verification.

USER’S OBLIGATIONS

• The User agrees and expressly states that he/she is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Registration Data and other information given to the Company.
• The User will ensure that the data shared doesn’t contain any fraudulent, false, misleading, or manipulated facts.
• The User agrees to have all the necessary rights and authorizations before posting any information on the Site (listings, images, content).
• In case a User is covered under RERDA, he/she shall ensure all necessary compliance and obtain required registrations.
• The Site may also require the User to support his/her claims with documents regarding the property status.
• The User is responsible for setup/configuration of all required equipment to access the Site.
• The User will comply with all notices/instructions from the Company from time to time.
• The User shall be solely responsible for all information retrieved, stored, and transmitted through the Service.
• The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login credentials.
• This includes Username and all activities/transmissions under the login account.
• The User will immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of the User's account or any breach of security.

Users agree to accept communications (through Calls/Chat/Mails/SMS/Whatsapp) on the numbers provided during registration, even if they are listed under "Do Not Call" registry.

Membership is activated within 2 working days from the receipt of activation charges and is valid for the term for which activation has been submitted. Pages are created per info provided by the User.

Esuvidha-realty.Com reserves the right to amend these terms anytime. Continued use of the Site will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Membership charges are subject to change and are at the discretion of Esuvidha-realty.Com.

Esuvidha-realty.Com or Weblink.IN Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for damage/loss caused due to any third-party server issues, hacking, or technical problems.

The Site reserves the right to block/delete any webpage without notice and without any liability.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS IN CONTENT ON Esuvidha-realty.COM

Esuvidha-realty.com owns and retains the proprietary rights in the site as well as the services. The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information, except that which is in public domain or granted with permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All logos, brands, trademarks, registered marks ("Marks") appearing in Esuvidha-realty.Com are either owned or used under license by the Company and/or its associates. No license or right to use these Marks is granted. Unauthorized use constitutes an offence under Indian law.

PROHIBITED USE

• Users must not impair the interest or function of the Site or violate RERDA laws.
• Access by unauthorized persons not named in the registration is prohibited.
• Use must be only for intended subscribed purpose.
• Compliance with all Indian laws is required.
• Unlawful purposes are prohibited.
• Sending/receiving offensive, obscene, malicious, or racial content is prohibited.
• No harassment, annoyance, or anxiety through messaging is allowed.
• Users must not:
  • a. Upload viruses or harm Esuvidha-realty.com systems.
  • b. Breach intellectual property of others.
  • c. Upload defamatory, abusive, offensive content.
  • d. Mislead or deceive others.
  • e. Infringe trademarks, patents, copyrights.
• Users from sanctioned territories like Cuba, Iran, North Korea, etc. are prohibited.

If violated, the Company may delete any material without prior notice and terminate or suspend the membership, with a right to legal remedy for losses caused.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted material without prior consent from the owner. If you believe your copyright is infringed, please contact our Copyright Agent with details.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Esuvidha-realty.com cannot guarantee confidentiality for information shared by users. Users manage their own data access and edits. Any disclosure of personal information (e.g., email) is the user’s responsibility. The Company is not liable for unsolicited messages or third-party actions.

Legal disclosures (e.g., court orders or FIRs) may require the site to share user information. All content submitted becomes intellectual property of the Company unless agreed otherwise.

PRIVACY POLICY

User-provided information may be used internally but not shared with third parties without consent. Data updates/deletion require a written request by the user or their authorized representative.

Information submitted may be publicly visible on listings or property search results. Esuvidha-realty.com does not sell or rent personal information to third parties and is committed to user privacy.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

• Business Partners sending their own offers

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

REFUND PROPERTY LEADS

• Requests for refunds must be raised within 5 days of purchase.
• No refunds for cancelled/fulfilled leads.
• Refund amount cannot exceed 25% of the assigned quota.

WEBSITE DESIGNING SERVICES

Website designing is a part of paid services. All FTP and site data remains the property of Esuvidha-realty.com and is non-transferable.

Failure to respond to emails/requests will be considered abandonment, and reactivation will be subject to payment.

Temporary site links and hosting confirmations must be acknowledged within 5 days or hosting will proceed by default.

All changes after hosting will incur a fee.

DISCLAIMER

• We are not liable for any data loss or service interruption.
• User is responsible for legal use and compliance with regulations.
• We offer no guarantees on accuracy, results, or quality of information.

USE OF DATA

The User agrees and irrevocably authorizes the Company to use and retain data shared on the platform, share it with third parties, or use it for service improvement or business communication.

RERA DISCLAIMER

Sellers must comply with the RERA Act 2016. Esuvidha-realty.com does not guarantee accuracy of RERA credentials posted by users.

INDEMNITY

The User agrees to indemnify Esuvidha-realty.com and its team against any claim or liability arising from the User’s actions.

VARIATION

Terms and conditions may change and will be updated on the website. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of changes.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

• All payments must be made in favor of "Weblink .IN Pvt. Ltd." on a 100% advance basis.
• No refund for incorrect/fraudulent third-party payments. Always verify the payee identity.
• Refunds are not provided unless a dispute is settled in the User’s favor.
• No refunds once an order is placed due to processing constraints.

SUSPENSION / TERMINATION OF SERVICES

The Company may suspend or terminate User accounts for misuse, violation, or non-compliance. Terminated users lose access and membership fees are non-refundable.

USER DISPUTES

Users are solely responsible for disputes. Esuvidha-realty.com may assist but is not obligated to participate in resolutions or legal proceedings.

MATTER OF DISPUTES AND JURISDICTIONAL ASPECTS

All legal disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction and governed under Indian law.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement and any dispute or matter arising from incidental use Esuvidha-realty.com is governed by the laws of India and the User and the Company hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India. This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a User of the Esuvidha-realty.com, contains the entire agreement between you and Esuvidha-realty.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
